Minor Consent (Any Age)

P.A. 19-109 (2019) explicitly allows minors of any age to consent to PrEP. Added "prophylaxis" to Conn. Gen. Stat. §19a-592.

EOB Suppression

§38a-477d allows patients to request EOBs be suppressed — critical for confidentiality when on a parent's or partner's insurance plan.
