Choose MISTR if...
You want the most established platform with the strongest $0 guarantee — insured or not, any state. MISTR's 340B model is the most battle-tested, covering 500,000+ patients, and they're the first to begin enrolling for Yeztugo (the twice-yearly injectable). Best all-around choice for most people.
Choose Freddie if...
LGBTQ+-affirming care is important to you, you prefer a phone or message consultation over video, or you've heard good things from friends — their patient reviews are the best in the space. They're newer in the US but growing fast. A strong runner-up, especially if you value community and culture.
