SC has HIV-specific criminal laws — felony charges for sexual activity without disclosure.

Gender-Affirming Care

HB 4624 (May 2024) bans gender-affirming care for minors.

Undocumented Residents

MISTR requires no documentation. Q Care Plus + PALSS explicitly covers undocumented and uninsured patients. Gilead PAP has no immigration requirement.
