Know Your Rights

HIV Criminalization

Missouri maintains punitive felony-level HIV criminalization that does not account for viral suppression, condom use, or modern HIV science.

Gender-Affirming Care

SB 49 (2023) bans gender-affirming care for minors, upheld by MO Supreme Court Jan 2026. Medicaid exclusion at all ages.
